FEEDBACK ON OUTCOME OF GSP SURVEY IN MARCH 2010
We wish to thank all residents that participated to make the survey a great success.
There was a 100% support for the continuation of the GSP. The satisfaction level is 94%.
87% supported the present natural state of the Hesteleen Park, without any further upgrading apart from the regular cutting of the grass. This message received from residence will be conveyed to the Municipality.
73% of the respondents are satisfied with the present operation of the gates. 15% requested the permanent closure of the Arthur Street gate and 11% wanted the Arthur Street gate to operate on Saturday mornings.
The relative levels of priorities are as follows:
Safety                                 =        14
Affordability                        =          6
Ease of access at gates     =          1
A large portion of the people expressed their gratitude with the efforts being made by the management. Most complaints were about neighbour’s dogs, which is not a GSP related problem, but we should all be sensitive about the barking of our dogs when we are not at home. It is obviously a general problem.
